Raquel Smith

Raquel Smith joined the firm in 2022, bringing with her extensive experience earned at some of the top law firms in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan region.   She enjoys being in courtrooms throughout Maryland, advocating for those in need of aggressive, thoughtful, and caring representation, including individuals and families who prefer to work with a fluent Spanish speaking attorney.  Her practice focuses on serious criminal felony cases, misdemeanor criminal offenses, serious and minor traffic offenses, domestic violence protective orders, peace orders, red-flag protective orders, MVA license suspension hearings, administrative hearings, post-conviction and coram nobis petititions, appeals, motions for modification, violations of probation, and a wide variety of general litigation matters.
